TRAINING STYLE



I believe that exercise is nature’s best medicine, and like any fundamentally sound body, you can’t progress without a stable core. 


Therefore, I hold a high emphasis on core training to ensure safe, effective, and fun progressions. Because every“body” is unique, progressions will be different for everyone. As one progresses, I incorporate a variety of intensity, complexity, stability, speed, and time to deliver positive results.
