Personal fitness has been a way of life for me most of my
life. As a former elite professional athlete, I know what it takes day in and day out to reach your goals,see results, and change your life.
My training technique will derive from being a basketball
player, so my focus will be on high endurance training to maximize your ability in your workout session. My workouts will be constructed around High-Intensity Interval Training, building strength, agility work, and having fun all while working hard.
